Yes. Free, non-commercial use of TinEye is limited to 100 searches per day and 300 searches per week.

Note: If you use a shared or dynamic IP address, you may reach your search limit more quickly than you’d expect if other people on your connection are also using TinEye. Don't worry! Simply solve the captcha so we know you aren't making automated searches, and you'll be able to continue searching!
