Cancelling your MobileEngine API

To cancel your MobileEngine API, log in to your account to view your dashboard. The dashboard shows information about your plan. If you have multiple services you will have multiple plans listed in this section, so be sure to find the correct one!

In the bottom right corner of the section for each plan, there is a cancellation link. If you pay using a credit card this link will say "Cancel plan." Clicking on the link will give you the option to cancel immediately. If you pay by another method this link will say "Contact us if you want to cancel this plan." Clicking on it will take you to a form to request cancellation, which we will process for you right away.
